Your place on the 2027 Future Immortals Las Vegas & Hawaii Tour is confirmed only upon receipt of the First Deposit.

Due to the limited number of places available, your booking reserves one of a strictly limited number of tour positions.

All deposits and payments made towards the tour are strictly non-refundable.

Lacey Events commits to accommodation, flights, event tickets, transport, hospitality and other supplier arrangements well in advance based on participant numbers.  As a result, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal circumstances

• Illness or injury

• Work commitments

• Inability to travel

• Visa issues

• Flight disruptions outside the control of Lacey Events

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

By paying the First Deposit, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase the entire tour package.

Should you choose to withdraw from the tour for any reason after confirming your booking, you remain liable for the full tour cost, regardless of whether you have travelled or not.

Outstanding payments will remain payable in accordance with the payment schedule outlined below.

If you are unable to attend the tour, you may arrange for another person to take your place, subject to:

• Approval by Lacey Events;

• Airline, accommodation and supplier transfer requirements;

• Any applicable amendment or name change fees.

It is the responsibility of the participant withdrawing from the tour to find a suitable replacement.

Any reimbursement of monies paid is a private arrangement between the withdrawing participant and their replacement.

Lacey Events will not facilitate, negotiate or guarantee any financial transactions between participants.

Once all supplier requirements have been met, Lacey Events will transfer the booking into the replacement participant's name.

Payments must be made by the following dates:

15 July 2026 / First Deposit – AUD $2,500 + GST

30 September 2026 / Second Deposit – AUD $5,000 + GST

20 November 2026 / Final Payment – AUD $2,500 + GST

Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in cancellation of the booking.  However, cancellation does not release the participant from their financial obligations under this agreement.

By paying the First Deposit, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I have read and understood these Booking Terms and Conditions.

• My booking is confirmed upon payment of the First Deposit.

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• I am responsible for payment of the full tour cost regardless of whether I later decide not to travel.

• If I withdraw, it is my responsibility to find a replacement participant.

• Any financial reimbursement from a replacement participant is a private arrangement between myself and that person.

• Lacey Events is not responsible for recovering monies or arranging repayments between participants.

• I understand that comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

I acknowledge that payment of the First Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and forms a binding agreement between myself and Lacey Events.
